Discrimination in the workplace

With over 17 years of experience, training, and education in the hospitality industry I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. I don't believe anyone is born this way, more so of a learned behavior that can manifest as a child into elder years. We all have experiences that are discriminatory haven't we? After all we are human and we are learning all over again to interact with one another after a life changing pandemic. With times changing rapidly we must remember to be human first and have compassion, show kindness even when you disgraced with the perspectives of others. Let's find more peace in learning how to be a expression of unity for the first time in history. 🙏☮️
